Terms Of Use

I authorize Turning Stone Resort Casino, LLC and its affiliates and anyone acting on their behalf (collectively, “Turning Stone”) to use my photograph, name, likeness and biographical materials in perpetuity in any form of media for public relations, news articles, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites and publications and otherwise for promotion and publicity purposes. I further forever release Turning Stone and its respective representatives, officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, demands and liabilities in connection with the exercise of Turning Stone’s rights under this authorization, including for the payment of any royalties.

I also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo taken by or for Turning Stone. Such photos, and all prints, film or other medium, are and shall remain the property of Turning Stone solely and completely.

I agree that I have read this Consent and Release and that I understand that the terms set forth above are legally binding on me and my heirs, executors and administrators, and that I have voluntarily signed and am of legal age to sign this Consent and Release.
